At Tree of Life Bible Society, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel or accessories do not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
